Ashley will be following up with the student-athletes who participated in her Leadership/Captains Workshop this past April. Throughout this interactive check-in session Ashley will be focusing on: implementation, embracing the process of progress, language/action alignment, creating momentum, communication, body language, values, standards, creating high performance habits and answering the questions..."How Do I Make This Better" and "How Do We Make This Better." During the workshop Ashley will consistently emphasize the Auburn ROCKETS Athletic Department Values of: Integrity. Responsibility. Leadership.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: the power of influence, creating high performance habits, where focus goes...energy flows, values, standards, routines, perspectives, collaboration, empowerment, accountability and the impact of having a solution based mindset. She will emphasize and reinforce the Spirit Central Values and Mission during the session.
